4. AI and Machine Learning

61 percent of company executives indicated that machine learning and AI are their companies’ most significant data initiatives for 2019. Gartner found that 30% of companies will use AI in one or more of their sales functions by next year.

5. Digital Video 

Video ad spend continues to scale. Nearly two-thirds of digital budgets are allocated to video and advertisers will spend 25% more on digital video than they did last year.
